I have early June as estimated delivery.

It's a touring in champagne quartz with the standard 18'' wheels (400m?). Considering getting the 441m wheels as the hub design is more compact than the 'spider web' shape of the standard wheels.

Unfortunately 441m are available only in ferric gray. Not sure how well this goes against the gray/beige of CQ.

Could just paint them... but seems wrong to have to do this on a new car.

Any suggestions?

Well that's not good. Did you order individual leather seats or dash? because other forums are stating that these options are causing delays.

Ordered early Feb, looks like mine should be there in a couple of weeks, it's at 9650.

Nothing too special on mine.

Yup, individual leather dash. Hope it's worth it!

Just curious on these large discounts - are they available on cash purchases or are they conditional on taking the BMW dealer PCP finance?

If its the latter, isn't BMW effectively taking the discount back off you through the (possibly slightly uncompetitive) finance charges?

Just wondering really!

Cash in my case. No requirement for any finance.

Got the feeling it's regardless of how you intend to pay.
I got 11k off the list price of mine after I finished specing it the way I wanted and before we really talked about how I was going to pay. Mine came out at just short of 47k before discount.
He knew I wasn't bullsting him as I brought my 320d off them 14 months previous which helps.
There was a 1.5 k finance bonus from BM that you might have to bargain hard for if you pay cash but I'm sure there's flex elsewhere.
They even gave me a great deal on my 320d xdrive that exceeded my expectations. I did however book an appointment on 31/3 last day of the key quarter and stated early on that if the deals right I will sign and pay a deposit today.
Timing is crucial on new car deals and a small amount of luck and personality helps.
Best idea is book an appointment at a decent dealership, know what you want, within reason and sit down and work through the numbers. Worst case scenario is you waste a few hours talking cars, drinking nice coffee.
Best case is you order a 6 cylinder PETROL BMW and start ticking the days of the calendar until delivery. Go on you know you want too!
Don't forget to do the Columbo move just before you sign. I did the old, 'just one more thing before I sign' I want the HUD and speed display and I don't want to pay for it. Off he trots and sure enough 5 mins later he comes back and agrees and we all have another nice cup of coffee...

That sounds like a good deal you did there, and like you say timing is everything.

The other alternative is to decide you want SLD and HUD after you've signed and agree that you will pay the cash difference on collection, so as to not impact the finance deal.

And then the dealer forgets to charge you for it on collection......

Note : This may not always work!

Then I'd look at this one with only 1,000 miles...and wonder if it was an even better deal...as long as you could live with the spec someone else has chosen!

That's an odd motor! Wonder where it's been for minimum of 4 plus months to have that mileage.
It's one of those Y plated BMW registered cars that could have ended up anywhere so why the low miles.
Really basic spec as well, no plus pack and as no mention of LED's have to assume halogens!
Interior has no special bits and cannot see paddles, did they do non sport auto's on 340?
6k more gets my touring, with lots of nice bits inside and out, brand new out the box.
This ones fine if you have 30k only, but I would be checking the history very carefully.

Non sport auto was possible on saloons but not on tourings.
