6 Series Corrosion!?

I'm sure corrosion warranties normally only cover it if it goes right through the body work but could be wrong.

Don't they normally cover inside out corrosion, so if the paintwork is not damaged from the outside, ie a stone chip which is left to rust, the warranty should cover it.

Corrosion warranty as is usually corrosion perforation warranty, for issues starting from the inside not out, it's a guarantee that the prevention applied inside will protect for the period, if still original, which includes paint, which they measure. The frustrating thing with this is once repaired, the repairer should take over the rest of the guarantee, but they don't, and the manufacturer won't support you, and you can't go anywhere else.
