X3 18 inch to 17 inch ?

We have a x3 2.5 and we are have an opportunity to change to what looks like a newer set of 17 inch alloys ( currently have 18's)

Is there any different wheel / bolt patterns from say a 2006 to a 2013 ( think that what's tee off)

Any advice very welcome
