Dead iDrive E91 2006

My iDrive was working on and off for a few days, but today it didn't come on at all. I tried the 3 finger reboot, but nothing. When the car is off the Nav CD is still spinning in the player and the iDrive metal wheel spins freely. I had to remove the fuse earlier to save the battery.

New CCC required?
