Some interesting stuff here about our BMs, especially since I have just discovered that the spark plugs need changing every 6,000 miles in my N53 engine due to "low durability"!

Does anyone know if the CBS Service Info in the CIC iDrive throws up a warning when spark plugs need changing, or is this info only available to BMW dealers with a key reader? I really want to take it into an Indie as the oil and brake fluid service warning has just come on, but not sure if they will know precisely what needs doing to it.
