So I'm in between cars, my new car f30 330d xdrive with adaptive suspension is delivered Saturday... it has a lot of extras and whilst i sold my 335i (too expensive) I'm looking forward to my new car.
Anyways 7 years ago I purchased a 325i touring manual and didn't get on with it so sold it to my farther in law and went and got a auto 330i e90. Being without car my father in law who has since put 100k on the car has let me borrow it this week and I'm absolutely loving it!!!! What a great car the e46 is, it just feels amazing even with 146k on the clock. He is sadly selling it soon and if my car didn't have to be 5 years or newer it will most certainly be something I'd buy back.
I actually look forward to driving it each day so far... almost as much as when I had my e90 m3 -yikes!!!

Good shout to but it as a second car - manual straight 6 NA touring - won't lose any money on it...
Currently running a manual E90 330I as a daily (e36 M3 as my weekend car). but to be honest I'm considering changing up to the touring for the practicality - end up doing to tip runs in the M3 with roof down since there more space!
