Hi everyone

I'm off to Marrakech next week for a long weekend and staying in the Savoy Le Grand, it's not going to be a full on weekend as I'm looking forward to relaxing.

However, I do plan on doing a bit of walking around and visiting the town and some local restaurants. I will be with my wife and she is a wheelchair user, so can you recommend and restaurants we should visit or places to see?

Thanks in advance

Don't eat the street food in the Place Jamaa el Fna.

I've put the weight back on now (and then some) but that was a tough 3-4 days...

Go for a drink at La Mamounia and have a wander around the gardens (where Churchill used to sit and paint). Beautiful place.

You had the salad, didn't you?
I've eaten there loads of times and had fewer issues than after dining in any of the hotels. The trick is to choose things that are cooked to order and served piping hot.
