Hi,

I was hoping for some advice around the dreaded run flats...

Purchased 2015 435d Convertible last week, very pleased so far as wanted something to go touring in Europe in...

Unfortunately, I hit a pothole in Friday - Roads around Northampton are worse then Iraq at the moment!

A balloon has appeared on the sidewall... so need to change front tyre. The car has Bridgestone S001's all around, would you stick with these or look towards the goodyears, conti's or Dunlops?

Cheers
Chris

Thank you, I've had a quick look but my size isn't listed 225/40 R19... shame as they do sound like a really good alternative to the standard tyres

Those tyres caught my attention too and I started a thread about them. There was some interest but the thread did not progress very far:

If you're only changing one I'd stick with S001 (check out Black Circles - they were cheapest when I bought a set).
