Are you going to the National BMW Festival this sunday 19th, it would be good to see The M in the flesh, I will be with the E30 M3 workshop (s14.net)and there is room for more cars, just tell the marshall at the gate and he will direct you to our area.

Finally got my hands on a set of OEM MV1 wheels, which are pretty rare around here. Car rides even better on the 18s, still loving it.

Thank you! The previous owner swapped the MV2s for those ones (due to corrosion) - he said, the current wheels were replicas of the OEM 225m style. I've been contemplating swapping them for MV2s but since the wheels are pretty much brand new, I'll do it when I kerb them or something. I don't think BMW do 225m style as 18'' though, as far as I know (though I haven't checked).

Lovely car and great photos! I'm looking out for a facelift 330ci myself and those photos are making me think I need to look harder! What colour is yours? For what its worth I love the wheels and think I prefer them to the MV2's, it seems to sit very well on them.

Thanks! The colour on mine is Silbergrau Metallic (code A08/WA08). I'd say keep on hunting, the 330Ci is absolutely amazing and I think it's worth waiting for your "perfect" spec to pop up on the classifieds (depending on how picky you are). I waited around 6 months for a car with the all toys (because I'm quite fussy).

Yeh I'm very picky aswell and struggling to find exactly what I want spec wise. What mileage is yours on by the way? I'll want to keep if for a few years so trying to not get anything with too much mileage on but I'm not sure how well they cope with the miles so I might be limiting my search unecessarily. I'm currently discounting anything with over 90k on the clock.

I bought it at 69k and it's now at 71k (since Feb). I think they cope quite well with the miles from anecdotal evidence (I haven't really driven it that much) but one thing I noticed is that the car bounces quite a bit in the UK compared to the roads in Europe - the ride was silky smooth in Germany and Switzerland, I never once could tell it had the sport suspension. All said and done, I'd definitely recommend the car as the engine is so, so good and it alone is worth the whole experience.

Some great looking BMW's here.

Couple of shots of my Topaz Blue E46 325i Sport I've owned for a number of years.
Currently on AC Schnitzer 18" Type 3's smile

Hey all, PH nub here.

Am a BMW fan, with a small history:
E30 316i Coupé
E46 330Ci M Sport facelift Convertible
E60 525i SE
R56 Mini Cooper S (if you're counting Mini as a Beemer, that is)

Two weeks ago took on a motor that I've been itching to get me mitts on for a while now:

135i M Sport Coupé, '09 registered, N54 engine.

Some low-quality pix from my phone ...

Aye, have always liked the 18"s on the 1er Coupé.

Had never noticed the brakes before, and the BMW branding on them ... subtle but looks great.

Yea they are the same as the BMW Performance brakes offered to all other models of 1/3 Series.

Just in yellow and with drilled discs.
