If you want people to think Jee Long P-enis then stick with it.
I will neither confirm nor deny...My first name is James, surname is Long and fittingly enough my middle name is Patrick.
Perhaps I should add a dealer line at the bottom "The name's Long, James Long"

It's a 335 M Sport, which is factory fitted with 10 other 'M' badges. Adding the 11th is naff but hardly trying to make people think it's an M3.
But the other 10 are not in the obvious normal position of the model designation on the boot lid! Also, it didn't come from the factory like that, someone, maybe a previous owner, but someone modified it to add it.
It's like adding a "Turbo" sticker onto a 1983 XR3i.
If trying to fool people isn't the point, what is?

Another real one.......the engine in this is absolutely magnificent. It's made way for an F13 M6 (posted previously) which is has won me over in the way it's biblically good at what it's ultimately for.....but it just does not have that thrill factor I was expecting from an M car. All previous M cars I've been in have put a grin on my face (including the last M6.....likely because of the V10) but this one, just doesn't.BE57 TOY said:

This is the exact car that I tried to convince James Paul (*other dealers available?*) to direct swap for my E92 320d Msport. I decided that a 320d wasn't particularly suited to driving a daily 2 mile town trip to work after having bought it. Despite mine costing a fair amount more they didn't want to do a direct swap. (I have no idea if dealers ever do! But as a financial proposition it'd make sense for them IMO as I'd be the one losing ~ £2.5k on my own car in 4 months). But if you ever fancy a change....
Love the idea of a 130i, enjoy!!
Hmm odd. Although in my experience they like to make £2000 on the new car AND £2000 on the px. So maybe £2500 wasn't enough margin for them. Love the idea of a 130i, enjoy!!
Anyhow. The 130 looks nice! Does it go like stink?

Sorry, it just is, IMHO
If it's not to try and fool the unknowing into thinking it is, what is it trying to do.

My 123d had this "option" too and the first thing I instructed the dealer to do prior to collection was to remove them all! The salesman asked why, it's not an M car. Looks much better without and I have been tempted to remove the model badge too.
The model badge should stay! I find that removing a model badge is an attempt to cover up what the car is/isn't and is just as bad as plonking extra ///M badges on imho.jayemm89 said:

That definitely looks lowered! I can't even see the tops of the front tyres?cerb4.5lee said:
It makes me wonder why anyone would want to lower it in the first place as the ride is already terrible on 18`s with run flats...I bet it rattles your teeth out! Lovely motor though.
Yeah its pretty bad with all the potholes in the roads. Going to look into returning it to standard. Strangely the autotrader pics look standard and I didn't notice when I bought it. Next tyre change the run flats will be going.sadsac said:
