Haha! That's been there for a long time. I used to go to school with the lad who lived there - his dad is obviously a bit mad about old cars. I recall going round to their house as a nipper (probably younger than ten years old) and the lad's dad had filled the garden with rotting cars. There were at least five or six just in the garden on the lawn growing weeds around them. Most of them were old miserable 1980s Citroens but it was totally weird - in the middle of suburbia so I'm not sure the neighbours were best pleased!
Where is it? If it's been there a while it may need rescuing...

Don't know if I ever posted this in here

Owned from May 2008 until September 2011. Picked it up with 70k on it, sold with 100k.

Mods included fitting a 5 speed gearbox (was 4 speed), weber carburettor, -60mm springs with firmer shocks, E30 sports interior, 15" BBS cross-spoke alloys.....think that was about it. I wonder if it's still going? No way to check as the chap exported it to Guernsey.

took mine for a run today and got some much better pics!! lovely to spend the afternoon with her :-) Hardtop is now off, was frantically knocking on neighbours for a hand to take it off before i set off but sadly no-one in!! sadly Photobucket has murdered the quality of these... 18s was one of the best choices I've made... the car looks beautiful in the flesh, somehow not represented in the pics to well......

330, most options ticked, 80k on clock running well. Needs to go though as family require something bigger.

E21's are still a bargain. Mind you, values are starting to creep up.

My 123d had this "option" too and the first thing I instructed the dealer to do prior to collection was to remove them all! The salesman asked why, it's not an M car. Looks much better without it and I have been tempted to remove the model badge too.
let's see your steering wheel & gearstick...

Not much compared to some, but I'm very happy with my new purchase. An 06 plate e91 325i, one owner from new and only 50,000 miles. Parking ability of the previous owner aside (alloys are a little kerbed), it's about as tidy an 8 year old car as I think I'll find. Interior was very smart on viewing, but a good thorough clean has brought it up pretty much as good as new.

I bet that takes no prisoners?
How has the supercharger affected the sound of the s54, I had a z3mcoup with the s54 engine and it was probably the best sounding car iv driven.

It'd be awesome if there was a way of tracking down previous cars. I'd certainly buy back an old car of my late father given the opportunity, for sentimental reasons.
