Yes the piping is standard, it is mentioned on the build sheet, an individual option if I remember correctly. I really like it, a bit like strawberries and cream biggrin

Piping came when an individual paint colour was specced.

That is a stunning car. Love the colour combination and piping. Unusual and distinctive.

You need to put more emphasis on the word 'My', otherwise it just reads like the first new car you ever saw was at the dealership yesterday.

I share your excitement though, picking up the first ever new car I've bought from the BMW dealer tomorrow.

Childish joke -

When I read the first sentence of your post I thought you meant you had seen a brand new car for the first time.

You feel me?

Yup, it was a language barrier, English is not my mother tongue.

Anyway, hope to provide you with more pictures tomorrow. Dealer said everything's checked out. Picking it up in about 18,5 hours smile

I cannot wait to carve through the forests in the winter dark with the LED lights on. I'm upgrading from halogen tech, so it's a big upgrade.

It's home!!

You're right, I'm strangely aroused by the white LED lights! In a couple of days I'll drive to dense Swedish forests where it's pitch black during night and check out both the lights and the xDrive. Everyone is complimenting me on the color. It gets far more attention than I had expected! Probably because it's polished with 18" wheels and a special blue color, among the thousands of 16" wheel, black/silver/white cars covered in dirt...

After years of classic BMW's this is my first new one. It's so far ahead of the E90 series it's not even funny. I use all types of gadgets but this car has so much stuff there's going to be a long learning process.

Edit: Uhm, I tried uploading many photos, it only shows one!?
