That E46 really is rather lovely - Topaz Blue and that colour of leather... mmm.

Beedub, haven't you posted those pics before?

Not too shabby for my daily though I am about to invest in some Bilt Hamber cleaning products, especially for the wheels which are a bh to keep clean

Fitted some O Z wheels to my beast

Looking superb there - have watched the build of this since it was Blair's - glad to see another enthusiast is taking it further.
Its impossible not to love it if you have any interest in cars. I really want to add a supercharger now or do something else equally daft.

Hi everyone! New member here but have been reading the forums for a while! Here's my 330D, only had her 18 days and loving every minute! '08 Registered, '09 SE model but with full factory fitted M-Sport interior. N57 engine. FBMWSH. CSL rear spoiler, carbon mirror caps, black grilles, LED rear lights, Aero front, M-Sport side skirts, 19's with Pilot Super Sports all round etc etc. When I'm not driving it, I am looking for an excuse to drive it!! My Grandson says 'it's awesome', I agree with him totally!

Just booked it in to have all this rust sorted..

Developed loads over winter. Pretty poor show for a premium saloon despite it's advanced years, but thought I'd get it in before it got too nasty. Good as new soon smile Guys at the shop were very complementary about the condition of the car!

That's exactly why I bought my Jap Import Bruiser - rust free.

Out for a spin last weekend. Picture taken at 10pm. Scottish summer nights almost make up for the winters.

That's the first time I've seen rust on an E39... touch wood mine are rust-free...

E39s are notorious for rust. Wheel arches, sills, jacking points, boot and behind the rear bumper, bonnet, doors ... everywhere really! Much of it does not show until you start looking carefully for it.

Shame really. When I purchased it two years ago it was very clean, you could see slight bubbles.. nothing like the above.

In most places they go from the inside out, so by the time you see small bubbles it can be quite bad.
