In most places they go from the inside out, so by the time you see small bubbles it can be quite bad.

Piccies of my 635 CSI, I don't use it much, I mostly just like to look at it, only 96k in 26 years.

E39s are notorious for rust. Wheel arches, sills, jacking points, boot and behind the rear bumper, bonnet, doors ... everywhere really! Much of it does not show until you start looking carefully for it.
Yes, I've heard this before, but I've gone looking underneath mine for any signs and found none. The only thing is where the paint has been chipped off on the O/S front wing of the 520iT, there's some surface rust there... however, in terms of the structural stuff, and the rest of the panels, both cars are as clean as a whistle.

Oh, and I quite like the E24 on M Parallels...

Yes I know, iv'e only had it 10 months, and front end restoration of inner and outer wings were my first priority, now thankfully completed, I'm now on the lookout for deep dished original style to finish off.

Agree and the Z4 Coupe is a thing of beauty to look at big time and such a lovely rare car too.

My late 328,

Unfortunately written off by someone who wasn't paying attention. Leading to this, it's replacement.

Here is my BMW 330i in the love it or hate it colour of Phoenix Yellow. I used to have a Z4 coupe in the same colour, but I need more seats these days, so this is perfect. I have not heard of any other 'non' M3 models in this colour, so guess it pretty rare.......(waits for someone to tell me otherwise)

Looks lovely. (not a fan of those wheels in general though, but personal thing I guess)

Hi I am new to this forum.
I have owned my BMW 1 series 120d se for a few months now. Really enjoying it apart from the fact that there is a little symbol of a bulb that flashes up when I switch engine on. All bulbs have been replaced and still it shows. A diagnostic has been done and it passed so its not the bcm.its becoming a mystery. Anyone have any ideas. All electrics work fine. It's had an service and m o t recently. Would appreciate any feedback. The indicators flash to fast that's why I started down this road in the first place.
