After a number of 'older' BMW's, I have finally bought one less old.
2000 'X' 530i manual in Azurite Grey, Grey sports leather, M Sport suspension, staggered style 32's. I just fitted the shadowchrome on my driveway, much prefer it to shiny chrome.
Nice! can you tell more like the price and also do you have other pictures, like the one showing the staggering (staggered style ?)2000 'X' 530i manual in Azurite Grey, Grey sports leather, M Sport suspension, staggered style 32's. Price I paid for the car, or wheels? There are a few sizes of style 32's, not all staggered - however, OE for E39 are. Mine have been on this car since new, and I think look good with the slightly lower M Sport suspension (-15mm lower than standard SE, IIRC). You can usually pick up a refurbished set without tyres for £450-£500 from the usual auction sites... I'll put up another pic showing the wheel dish this evening.

Nice. A colleague of mine just bought the previous pre facelift 135i. His is an auto. I've never been in one and was definitely and very nicely surprised. They feel so together and remind me of older BMW's with their small dimensions and punchy nature. They just hit the BMW sweet spot so well. Have you had or tried a 135 and what made you plump for the 140?ATM said:

Haven't had a 135 but had a manual e61 530i m sport alongside the Z4m which was too slow. As you say the fast 1ers are reminiscent of BMWs of old - of which ice had many - E30, E36 and E46 etc. Gassing Station | BMW General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
