As a BMW owner for many years, I prefer the Lotus.
Apparently, not a proper sports car wink

I don't - although my surname is also the name of a Bedfordshire village... So, a dealer or not?
Yes a fully fledged BMW dealership carried out the work immediately prior to the resulting damage

Very nice. Just not a fan of Vadar seats though, which was one reason I didn't buy an E36 M3. I nearly bought a track modded E36 M3 with CSL type buckets. Dakar yellow and de spoilered. I was foolish not buying it with 20/20 hindsight, as was a lovely car and was a steal at the price.

In fairness the cloth ones above don't look quite as bad as the leather ones do.

This is so fascinating because I have always loved those seats yet I don't like the cloth ones that much, but I have always loved the leather ones loads and it just shows how we all see things so differently.

Lovely looking car. Am a fan of the vaders and for some reason I really like the look of these ones in cloth

The E60/61 still looks fresher and newer than the F10/11 that replaced it.
Completely agree. We have a 2007 E61 in black and it has much more presence than the F11 (IMO). We are intending to keep it until the next generation 5 series is 3 years old so probably another 4 or 5 years.
If it doesn't float our boat when it is unveiled we might defect to an E class eek

Personally I think the E60/61 is one of the worst BMW designs ever. Did not like it when new and it's not grown on me at all. But life would be boring if everyone liked the same things.

I've had cloth vaders in both my M3s and didn't get on with them at all. Not very comfortable, too high and lack of adjustment, they just spoilt what was an excellent car. I prefer cloth to leather, they wear very well and look better in the flesh than in pictures.
