MPG wise, it's a 3.0 auto, and overall does approx 27mpg (lots of thrashing round town in that though).
Don't see how you get that, 30mpg at 80mph, 27mpg at less than banning speeds, 21mpg town and m25 commute.

You think it should be more or less?

That's what the computer calculates it as, anyway - luckily I rarely fill it up so I don't worry too much about it!
I got 29mpg from 300 miles of motorway journey on Saturday. Low 20's is normal in 'normal' usage.

From my experience the computer in my 3.0i is a little generous with the fuel efficiency calculation; approximately +8% on the MPG versus my hand calculations of distance to fuel volume.

As for my economy experiences, I'm currently doing about 240 miles per week comprising; 140 miles on trunk roads and motorways for work driven economically, 60 miles of NSL backroads driven on the morning commute (i.e. fast!), and about 40 miles around town and short motorway hops. From all that I get an average of about 34mpg.

The lowest I've had out of it is about 27mpg, which was from mostly crawling on a congested motorway commute, and caning it the rest of the time. The best I've had is 40mpg when I did the 140 work miles at 50 to 60mph!

30-32mpg here, and 18" with runflats. Ride is fine.
