Headlight condensation on 645
Discussion
If there are no obvious chips or cracks in the lens itself then I would suggest that it is possible that the water may be getting in from the back.
At least this happened to me recently and was a result of me taking off the plastic panel at the back to try and access the bulbs. I had not put the panel back properly and when the car was washed the water found its way in.
I would suggest you open up this panel and allow the condensation to escape. Perhaps use of a hair drier or fan may speed things up.
Your best bet is to try and work out where the water is getting in. This may be a trial and error process.
Good luck.
