interior lights keep flashing

my interior lights on my 2000 318 e46 keep flashing on and off while driving and also while the car is alarmed? help my please its really annoying lol also my heated rear window has stopped working and the fuse is ok.

interior light - most likely the door microswitch is making intermittent contact, or the striker has been moved, often from slamming the door hard.

rear screen could be due to corrosion as the wires and C-pillar often get damp from condensation inside the car
