Advice on things needed to pass MOT

Dear Members

I have a BMW 330 Ci Clubsport (2002) which has served me really well over the last few years. It has done 113k (I did 57K myself). I have got some work to do on it now before it passes its MOT which may cost me a lot of money. Is there anyone out there who knows how I can make a few short cuts (or places that sell the following stuff a bit cheaper)

The car needs:

New set of tyres (18" wheels with 225/40R18 front, 255/35R18 rear performance tyres )

Four brake pads and four brake discs

Also the the oil sump gasket has blown and I need to get it fixed

Any suggestions of any garages or places that I can buy the above from or any friendly garages that may do the work for a good price??

I currently am working in Kent
