10.5 @134 mph by memory, not really to much of a bother holding on as I've been riding naked bikes for a few years now.

That rider appears to be rigid from fear and anxiety. That or he is literally about to st his pants.

Its not the fear that really worries me, its the ignorance of the extent of his lack of ability. As soon as the cyclist goes by he makes it his mission to get back past and ends up on the wrong side of a blind corner and pushing the cyclist wide with him.
