I doubt it'd be as 'good' as your R1 (or any current-ish 1000), but that's not always the point. A Monet isn't as good a wall covering as a can of Dulux, I know which I'd rather have cover a patch of my living room Yazza54 said: Also just noticed the post above RIP Yep, sad to read isn't it - I'm sure he'd approve of us nattering bikes though

Yazza54 said: Also just noticed the post above RIP Went past the accident spot the other day, and it reminded me of the bloke posting on here and the Alfa forum. Hell I didn't even know the guy but it is saddening when you read his words, wishing for some nice toys for the future. One of the last things i remember him posting about was wanting to get out on the road more and get some more experience.

Were supposed to go for a ride but it got rained off, real shame. Just makes you think, reading the post about what he wanted to own next etc.

I know it would never work, but I'd still buy one! I own this but would buy another. Childhood memories - probably wouldn't feel as quick as it did when I was 10 (on flat tyres)! And an SP-2, just to prove I'm not a complete stroker...
