Around 40mpg from my 2000 ZX6R (Carbed model). I only ride for pleasure and don't hang around so I'm quite sure it would sup more frugally if I stopped redlining her every 5 minutes biggrin

for real fuel efficiency a 125 is what you want...

In exchange for not being able to move that fast (especially when you're 18 stone...) you get the ability to filter through ridiculous gaps and 230 miles to £10 of unleaded (commuting in the city so pretty stop/start stuff)

My MT-07 does 125 miles to a tenner, that's normal riding nothing mad.
Thats about 64-65mpg! Bloody good given how much fun the MT07 still is
I got the same out my old ER-6, my first bike, so easily attainable. I'm sure you can get that down if you wanted though wink

What exhaust have you fitted btw? Any good?

Honda CB600 2007 Hornet - I get 140 miles between fills, thats 53 mpg, its use is commuting only 25 mile e/w into central London. 1000rr Fireblade got 40.5 mpg and the Ducati S4r done 45mpg for the same journey.

The exhaust is a mivv...was on the bike when I got it, it seems ok, I've left the baffle in but it has a nice sound to it. On the mpg front I've just squeezed 160mls out of a tank..the fuel light just started flashing as I got home smile I was making an effort to keep the eco light on though.....

Ignore that last sentance...was looking at the wrong trip meter rolleyes
