IMHO that's why your channel is so successful. You can watch it and say "I do that", "I've rode there" or "yes, that pisses me off too". In fact my missus comments that I've been known to subconsciously duck left and right while you're filtering but that probably says more about me than your videos. The professional looking vids are great but they're not why people started watching. Several of my biker mates mentioned the infamous green lane video to me, not one of them has mentioned any of the latest stuff. Keep it real Baron.
Opportunities like that do not come often in life, so grab it with both hands.
At the end of the day you can always go back to commentating on your commute to a day job. Things like the Dainese and KTM offers are rare and amazing gifts that you should make the most of.

Your videos have all been entertaining, and with a personality, genuine humour and watch-ability that I've found lacking in an 99% of the vlog type videos I've watched from others. The IOM preview video was very nicely done yes and think there's certainly room for better produced videos, and more cinematic stuff, taking opportunities that you wouldn't otherwise, and a go at making something of it as long as that humour and individuality that made your stuff unique remains as much as possible.
I also just wanted to say thanks personally as by chance I caught one of your videos on Youtube a few months back and ended up watching them all, along with almost everything else bike related I could find on the back of how entertaining I found them.
Having been a 'had a notion to do my license and get a bike but never quite getting around to it type', that little push toward it done wonders and now I've one test done, and all going well I will have my license and be out bike shopping by the weekend. Should have done it years ago!

I'm an avid fan and have been for a while now. Ignore the haters and do as you are. The people with negative comments are probably jealous of your success. I think it's great you were given the opportunity to film the TT and I very much look forward to the series. Continue as you are, follow your own goals and if the Youtube channel takes a different stance because of your success than so be it.
Please don't use this as a way of doing a million video reviews though. I'm sure there are plenty of manufacturers out there willing to lend you a bunch of bikes based on your Youtube success, but too many reviews will get boring. I thought your wheelie school video was great, as was the green laning one, which I even convinced my husband to watch as it was hilarious. I think it is those type of videos that keep people interested in the long term.
There are other motor vloggers that I used to enjoy watching, but it seems even they have run out of things to talk about and their vlogs are becoming boring / mundane.

TT. thanks for the kind words on the edit, i loved that place, first time ive been. Dainese got on touch and asked if i wanted to go with them.... I know I'm a tit sometimes but only a true tit would say no.
so they gave me the touring gear and AGV lid (they own AGV interestingly) and off i went. I sourced the Pikes Peak from Duc UK on the basis the vids would get views. Fair enough i feel, plus that think is a handful, a heavy handful but super fun with the full termi system on!
so yeah, its all good. I know I'm going to cop some stick for "selling out" but i promise, its never as glamorous as it seems, bloody hard work in fact! BUT, it means i can get access to areas not everyone can. Dainese are a large sponsor of the TT and therefore i was allowed to use the amazing course footage s
t by North One, the guys that have the rights to EVERYTHING on the course. Even if you upload a vid from some field of a bike going past, they have the right to pull it. If they wish to...
so yeah, it seems to work for me if i can get places i could never go, eg i got yo spend 10 mins with Guy Martin, James Hillier, Conor Cummins which is all recorded and will be part of the series.
so i hope you guys agree its a good thing, but please do let me know your worries and fears of me being a prick. I'm basically testing the water to se if i can indeed make a real go of the channel. I'm nit the type of person to stay where i am, i like trying to push things. But hey, if it breaks, so be it. At least i gave it a shot!

Made it across - easier than expected. Who'd have thought i was flummoxed by a hotel reception.. again. I suppose one could call this a bit of a 'filler' episode before the shiz goes down.
