If you enjoy his videos, watch them, and if you don't then stop watching them. Super simple stuff.
Who the fk do you think you are coming on here, a bike site, spouting sensible stuff, when you don't even own a bike?graphene said:

Do you think I should get a camera and make a bike blog instead?
You've already got a camera? Wasn't that a lengthy saga all of its own? Nah, stick to the written form, I don't think a vlog would compare to your erudite scribblings. egor110 said:
As eloquent as the baron said ''Do we go out meet somebody have children and be the fodder of life'
the fact he's still paying for the upkeep is one thing , the fact he feels having a child would reduce his life to fodder is quite something else.
Neither the Barons comment nor your interpretation make any sense at all. Did the Baron actually say that, and if he did why would you base your opinion of someone on nonsense?the fact he's still paying for the upkeep is one thing , the fact he feels having a child would reduce his life to fodder is quite something else.
Fodder means 'food', either literally in the case of animal feed or as a descriptive word for something that is consumed.

I found BvG fairly early on ("I knew him before he was famous... etc") and really enjoyed the videos, despite the relentless moaning! But then, it was a bit like the difficult third album - he became a bit too aware of his success, played to it (cf. selling stickers etc.. I mean, really) and as such lost the intrinsic appeal of the "random bloke down the pub" chatting st about life/bikes.
I absolutely can't blame him for flogging it for all its worth, I would probably do the same, but it started to change the nature of the videos, so it lost the appeal for me.
Haven't seen any of his videos for a while, so don't know much about his split (I'm assuming that's what happened from the comments), but there are normally two sides to every story, and I'd hazard a guess that's the case here...

To be fair to the Baron, he didn't have a child and then "decide to go off and live a life of riding bikes" - he has a business and the videos were a hobby, he had the kid and then he and wife decided to separate. He didn't think "fk this" and ride off into the sunset.
As for the sponsorship angle, he has always had product tie ins, there is always someone looking for a new angle on free marketing and actioncameras were the first. His latest raft of videos of doing the TT behind the scenes with Dainese and Ducati, getting loaned a BMW to travel across Europe, winning a KTM competition off the back of his competition and getting invited to ride the bikes at the Fast Bikes "Bike of the Year" shootout in Almeria, could anyone here honestly say they wouldn't take those offers if they got them? I know some die-hards were saying he'd sold out, but if someone said "come to Almeria, ride all of the best sports bike on a private track weekend", who would say no?

I reckon hes trying to generate traffic and publicity for jizzmachine.com and then sell the domain name to pornhub or some another large online video company for profit.
That's what I'd be doing at least
I also think he's given me more entertainment than half the things I watch on TV and netflix and I hope it continues.

All is good in Baron land once again as his latest one is much like his old ones, funny and quick......
I would love to know what sort of deal he got on that bmw as it really does look an impressive machine.
30% off list...I would love to know what sort of deal he got on that bmw as it really does look an impressive machine.
Maybe if he sells it spring next year but surely that is not what you would call a no brained?

We've been given this life, what do we do with it? Do we go out and get a job, and live, meet someone and have some kids and do things and be the fodder of life?
Just watched it, and exactly as I thought you have taken his comment totally out of context. Whilst "fodder of life" is not really the right phrase (he was rambling a bit), he's talking about the meaning of life for individuals. Nothing in that quote says that 'having kids reduces his life to fodder', which is a completely meaningless/nonsense phrase anyway. English lessons required I think, perhaps you can join BVG in a night class
