I'm surprised at his lane discipline, or lack of it.
Maybe that's the way bikers ride in London.
It tends to be a bit more free and easy in town. That said, I'm surprised he doesn't get knocked off on a reasonably regular basis (or maybe he does...!). I only spent 5 months commuting from south to north London, but some of the people I saw were really taking the p1ss. Given how quick it is round town anyway on a bike, I never saw the reason to take silly risks just to save an extra 3 mins on a 30 min commute.Maybe that's the way bikers ride in London.
Anyway, notwithstanding how he rides in town sometimes, he is funny as hell, spent a good couple of hours last night with my gf going through his vids
Firstly, Mike600f - please feel free to post pretty lady in leathers - for the other guys on here of course..
(that goes for anyone else who feels the need for a pervy pic.. of girls, not your own ball-bags please)
I've was in Ledenon, South of France last weekend - MENTAL track, got some footage (too much!) to look through and cut an edit together.. its basically 120mph blind crests in 38 degree heat.. I'm lucky to be alive!
As for lane discipline etc and swift progress in town. I agree, I'm afraid i have become a victim of complacency. 100 miles a day, 50 of which inside the M25 tend to make one a rather short tempered and hasty rider. BUT, the wide angle on the camera does make it look faster/closer than it is in reality.
Im sure i will get a thump one day, but then hopefully its just the metal that gets damaged and like you say - hopefully it will be captured on the social, silver screen that is the internet for all to waste their lunch breaks viewing
I'm off to New York on Wednesday and trying to get hold of a bike out there to do an NY City vlog! Should be quite entertaining/terrifying. Will be there for a while so don't know i'f i'll be able to bang one out before i go (ohh err...).
Thanks for your support, PH is by far the best reception i get on forums - I guess its the educated members that 'get' the humour rather than just slag it off!
Cheers

I met a friend of yours at Loomies yesterday mate, you should write a book of your exploits
btw you HAVE to do a vlog from NYC
stay safe fella.
BvG, your videos are great, and made me decide completely that I want to get my license asap.
Just one thing though - for me particularly, while I have no problem with swearing, I actually find it so much funnier when it's bleeped out. For example, on one of your earlier videos it goes something like "[BLEEP] [BLEEP] [BLEEP] [BLEEP] COCK!" which basically submerged my desk and keyboard in coffee. Something to consider.
Anyway, keep up the good work. As for your face, aren't you visible in the gixxer offroad video anyway? it's not a big deal showing your face, i guess it's just that if you start making about face-to-face videos then you might find people less interested.
keep up the good work!

Cheers guys - but its not a holiday! Wish it was - work sadly.. but i suppose its a nice change!
As for the bleeps - totally agree but it takes FOREVER to do. Each edit is at least 4hours work and I'm a pretty busy boy.
Also, it cracks me up that i get sent about 3 pictures a day of Double Deckers on Twitter! the internet is such a strange world.

Another plus from me for BVG.
I'm amazed how your mind can ramble with a running commentary whilst still filtering/coping with the London street battles !
Especially like the random advert-style interjections- Action Cameras- Cameras For Action- DOT CO DOT UK !
:
Think I'll ask you to do a subliminal ad campaign for me to spew at the audiences during Dark Knight rising
Keep it up sunshine.

With an endorsement like that I'm surprised the PH "suits" haven't jumped on it for an advertising campaign
