Car tyre changer machine to bike tyre

One of my mates have a car tyre changer and i was thinking how easy or hard it it to get them to change bike tyres?

What adaptor is needed to fir the bike tyre to the machine? where can I get one if you can buy these adaptors ?

rags on the claws is what i have used a few times with no issues

Its if they have the adopters for the balancing machine, or a static balancer, changing the tyre itself is easy enough.
