John had a bit of an off yesterday, just been to hospital to see him and said I'd put something on here for him.
He has a broken hip and femur, had a operation yesterday to put it back together.
He's seems his normal happy self, well as happy as he ever is, just a bit bored.

When he's not in action, he's in traction biggrin

You just know when he pops his clogs they won't cremate him, they'll weigh him in for scrap... whistle

Sorry to hear that but glad he is OK (ish) I was only exchanging mails with him this week about the S1000RR, was it road or track?

Hope you heal fast BN.

Never met the guy but reading his list of smashes I'd have packed it up long ago, there comes a point where you have to slow down a bit, all the same get well soon.

Silly old sod, get well soon John.

Paul, dread to think how much of your tea he's going to drink now he's out of action for a while, better stock up on pegs so you can dry the bags quicker.

Wasn't sure if I should post anything yesterday after being told about by this by Mrs BN.

It sounds like a pretty nasty highside on the road from what I can gather. His op went well, the bar that's already in his leg is still in there as well.

Watch out for cold tyres people, the weather's on the turn.

Damn, sorry to hear this BN. Still, look on the bright side, you'll have the winter to recover before being fully fit for next years fun.

Hope you make a full and speedy recovery.
