Calm down petal, it is only the Internet.

Personally, while I respect your right to have an opinion, I think it is lacking in class to call a rider names who has just slogged his guts out and taken the title. Saying something like "Congrats max, even if I think you are a cock weasel" is very different to just throwing up an insult. You don't like him, I get it, but are you genuinely blind to the obvious talent that the guys has when he is on a bike?
Given that nobody has won a WSB race on a Kawasaki since Chris Walker in 2006 and nobody has won a title since Scott Russell in 1993 and that 2 other riders have won races this year on the same bike as Biaggi I would say for Sykes to lose the championship by .5 of a point shows just how good Sykes is

So at what stage did I question his talent or commitment?? Are you blind to the fact that I've never mentioned either of those points???
That's exactly my point. You didn't mention his talent. You didn't offer any form of congratulations. You showed absolute no respect for what the guy managed to achieve. You just called him a tt. Each to their own, but to me that seems a bit off.

For the record, I disagree with Aprilia. I think that personality does have a large place in any form of sport that people are passionate about. In most sports it is about more than just watching talented people do their thing. Human nature makes us want to support one or more of them over others.

Absolutely agree. The Kwak is, IMHO, a weaker bike than the Aprilia so there is an argument that Sykes is the stronger rider at present.

Firstly, gutted for Tom as that was so close. Really don't like that weasel Biaggi, so anyone but him.

Tom has excelled at putting the bike at the front of the grid, getting away and staying away. Not taking anything away from him as he has been consistently quick, consistently safe and has stayed on til the finish. Overall ballsy rider has to be Rea as he really does over achieve on that Honda but unfortunately that means he puts it into the gravel too often.

Kawasaki have come on a lot over the last 2 seasons, and as we have seen in BSB, in a production championship, it will run at the front.

I really hope Sykes matches the competition next year and finishes the job. It'll be his big chance if Honda are expecting to step things up for 2014.

This year's ZX10R appears to be something of a bike in the right hands. It reminds me of a few years back when Yamaha were all conquering in GP, WSB & BSB.(well, nearly)

This year Kwack came v. close to WSBK title, could well get BSB title & have already (?) stitched up BSB Superstock honours. I'm not sure they'll be up there next year with BMW particularly putting weight behind the S1000RR. I wonder how long before we see a BMW winning a BSB race?

We need Kawasaki back in MotoGP.

Yes of course -the CRT bike. Same with the Fireblade motor too.
But we DO need Kwak back wink with a proper full-fat GP bike.
