Given the injuries Marco managed to inflict on himself last round that is one hell of a result for him! 2nd with a screwed back, broken ribs and a bruised kidney.

Very well deserved for Guinters, definitely warrants the rumoured Crescent ride next year!
Deserves more I'd say!

Ah it's raining , can guintoli and baz repeat what they did at silverstone?
It seems like it's a yes than.

Right points wise what positions do the top 3 have to finish in race 2 to win the champ?

I don't know, I think given Camier's performances in the last few races they've turned a bit of a corner and should start next year a lot stronger.

So would I be right in thinking that a championship will be decided in the last race of the season between three different teams on three different manufacturers without the aid of a shoot out/ showdown/ drive by/ golden goal/ handbag fight?

How strange scratchchin

those ducati 1098's seem to accelerate so smoothly you'd think bsb teams would be running them and getting results as it is quite often wet here.

Well sat here in the tribune when Max laid it down in front of us, i have never heard a cheer like it. He was then roundly jeered when taken off on the back of the marshalls bike. Universally unpopular. Partisan is the right word, i think it would have been different had he had a biggie rather than just a slide off ...

We're sat between where Guinters picked up his flag and Max threw it away and its a fantastic atmosphere here with 2 French wins so far and now the championship goes to the last race.

Biaggi's bike was properly mullered from what we saw as well, certainly plenty of work for the team.

Where did Chaz go down?

Using electronics that the BSB no longer allow.

But even in superstock 1000's they do pretty well.

Panigales in superstock. At least at world level.

In BSB the tuning rules are also different as well as a the electronic rider aid differences. Basically the general consensus is that the BSB rules make it very difficult to make the Ducati win which is why they all bailed out of the championship.

So biaggi can finish anywhere in the top 3 and he's won the title then?
