Can anyone explain the appeal of a Sidecar?
Discussion
Many moons back (before we all grew up) - the test for a quick 'bike was to race up Cheddar Gorge. For a long time (even tho' I had a Zed thou' streetfighter and a mate had a CCM Supermoto) the best time was set by a Beamish Suzuki with a trials chair - the rider and passenger must have had massive faith in each other!

You need to actually ride(drive) a proper original WW2 Zundapp KS750 outfit before you say that....especially off-road where you can use the locking diff and low range gearbox (I admit I've not driven one, only had a pax ride, but it was an amazing bit of kit)

A genuine KS750 outfit is on my lottery win Top 10 bike garage list

always wanted to have a go myself, but im not flexible enough these days...I managed a go around the paddock at Cadwell
did anyone on here buy the road legal F1 outfit that was for sale recently in classifieds? ...my missus put the dampers on that one after I told her I would always need a passenger for a Sunday run out

He's a bit of a star. I took a mate to watch some old bike racing at Snetterton earlier this year, and the Westons (who own/run that bike - there's a whole family of them racing on this outfit and a yellow one the same at various times, so it's hard to tell who's on which one) were lifting the sidecar wheel and wheelying it out of the final chicane could a 2 wheeler even keep pace with that ?
I'd love to have a go at 'proper' big wheeler sidecar racing. I've a few mates that race modern F2 stuff and even they consider this lot mentaillists, which is a bit of the old pot/kettle, black syndrome

pair of guys ripping round france in their 1200 bandit outfit.
it seems to be a normal, passenger sidecar, but this guy is hanging out of it like hes trying to win the motoGP lol
