Is that an early FireBlade your lid is sitting on.

My BIL has done Iron Man stuff for years until he contracted cancer 2 years ago. He may have used your company in the past.

I'll ask him next time I see him.

Oh, that's sad to hear
Triathlon's a small world, so I expect he's either raced with us at some point in the Cotswolds, or I've raced against him at an Ironman somewhere
113's always been my lucky number, and now is the number I've registered with NLR to race under next year too

Luckily I have a Duke to use it with hehe
Works out alright then smile I thought they would have take the logos off for the replica helmet, seems odd limiting riders to one choice of bike

He's in remission and seems to be doing OK, his surname is Cobb.

Good luck with the racing, I think the 3 old goats off here Fleegle, Hebegbe and Loon are racing next year.

Team Wherthers.

Good to hear, it's a nasty disease and one I've lost friends to, so I know just how crappy it is
I've just done a check, and in the 12,000 competitors we've had go through our races in the last 5 years, the only Cobb's we've had have been female

Cool, at least I'll have someone to drink tea with and to talk excuses after the races smile

Not my helmet but the rider (Mahmoud Tannir) who I help race in Dubai and Bahrain has had 2 X-lite X-802RR painted like this. The helmet was designed by Mahmoud and painted by Star Line in Italy (they paint helmets for MotoGP and WSB riders).

Cervelo is a weird sponsor to a Dubai Motorbike racer, as they're a Scandinavian high end Carbon Triathlon bike manufacturer
Lid looks very cool

Cervelo bikes are sold by Wolfies Bike Shop (centre on visor) and Wolfies support the rider (Mahmoud is a keen cyclist).

Early Christmas present from my wife and kids. Airoh Aviator 2.2 and GoPro Hero Session. Managed to get a GoPro frame from China so the camera can be mounted under the visor to stop it snagging on tree branches.

Carbon/Kevlar composite weighing in at 1000gr. The camera feels heavier than the helmet.

Ah, I see, that makes sense
Cervelo make some very nice products indeed too - In fact, you can easily spend the money for a good ex race bike on a cervelo Push bike

Holy thread resurrection hehe

Just bought this on sale for 200£ new as replacement for my perfectly fine
but rather old Nolan N84. There was nothing wrong with it tbh,
but it has noticeable slack now and I fancy a change.
