Are cheap levers ok?

its more for the short levers look. to be honest I find oem ones too big, always use only two fingers for brake/clutch from days of mountain biking.

Might get some of the adjustable length ones.

My bikes levers are fked and they were before the crash. Ends missing and all sorts. (I have no idea how, I am guessing the last owner was worse than me. )
But I suppose mine is just a commuting slag.

I will be too bad and I will never ride the bloody thing.
I put a cheap brake lever on my bike and found reguarly that my font brake would suddenly clamp shut causing my bike to slow down rapidly. It took me ages to find out what it was, but read it on a forum that it could be due to a cheap lever. After completely stripping and cleaning my brakes and master cylinder which still didn't fix the issue, I bought a OEM lever and haven't had the issue for 4 months now.
I have pazzo levers on my bike currently. But on my blade I bought some cheap ones from Hong Kong. They were great. Did 2.5k on track over three years. No issues and seemed good finish. Far better than the oem ones that were on before. Tbh I couldn't justify the difference in price between pazzo and cheapo ones but pazzos were on it when I bought it. If I need to replace them I'll get cheap ones for certain.
