It came today. The waist hangs straight down at the bottom but the chest is tight.
It's a weird cut. Saying that. If I bought 2XL I'd have to shoe horn myself in!
55 is a bargain!
Interesting - is it still a snuggish fit for the chest side? I am similar size to you I guess - 115kg, 44-45 inch chest, 6ft3It's a weird cut. Saying that. If I bought 2XL I'd have to shoe horn myself in!

Wear an XL in Klim, XXL in most motorbike gear (and sometimes 3XL!). I think 4XL may just be a little too baggy in the body (I don't have a belly really).

Shirts I tend to be XL. I do currently have a demi-Wok at the front. Noticeable to me.
Sadly I've not owned any Klim as yet.
It's worth a shot, you might be surprised by how not 4XL it is.
I wore it today in anger, over a tshirt with a XXL Keela jacket over the top with plenty of space to not feel too snug on the overjacket.
It all felt like the right amount of stretch. Something that is definitely lacking in motorbike kit.

You weren’t wrong! Ordered and fitted fine - but I also ordered an alternative and liked that more so it went back (despite the bargain price tag!).Shirts I tend to be XL. I do currently have a demi-Wok at the front. Noticeable to me.

Ref. Klim, it’s new to me - XLmoto often discount things and when combined with a 15% or 20% voucher, you tend to end up getting things half price. The 15% is normally for referring a friend and the 20% comes round every now and again if you haven’t ordered in a while. I got the Carlsbad for a touch over 400 notes. Not bad!

I've got SBS to reduce the price of the Alpinestars SMX Plus V2 boots by 40%
I'd order now before they change their minds - mine should be arriving tomorrow
Louis Moto have black one at £233 which looks cheaper than SBS. I do like SBS though their customer service is great.I'd order now before they change their minds - mine should be arriving tomorrow

Edit: looks like every size other than small has been snapped up. Look on their other items page, seems there is quite a lot of end of line stuff being sold at a very decent price
Needed a touring jacket for winter, and found this AA rated Duchinni Journey Jacket being sold by Gear4bikers for £29.99. - it's £149.99 from Sportsbikeshop.
I've been wearing it for 2 months now. I can confirm it's warm, waterproof enough and has lots of pockets.

It's not going to compete with the best from the big brands and its not Goretex, but for what it is it's staggering value.
MCN and some other publications gave it a pretty good review.

Even better is this if you need to get some waterproof A* boots (SMX for £159) Great customer service here too....

Decent deal if they need to be waterproof but the SMX Plus V2 are a far superior boot with better features and protection.....and the SMX S is an ugly boot so not for me. https://www.getgeared.co.uk/products/alpinestars-s...
Clearly I'm a tart
