To be fair Gary (and as nice as those Duc's were back in the day) I suggest you haven't yet met a good rider on a good recent superbike who know's the road as well as you.
Not that it matters too much...
I know my Ducati is slow thats not in doubt, to qualify not to brag, its not been my only bike Ive had superbikes since the early 80s up to present day,in fact name most Ive had one or two LOL. Ive ridden many track days and circuits done the ring a few times driving myself ,as a passanger in a car and on a bike and know several current racers on bikes and in cars and am fully aware of the difference between an idiot and some one competent. All of us familiar with that stretch of road could do it with our eyes shut whilst avoiding all the manhole covers, please dont assume for me but thanks for your opinion. Not that it matters too much...
I wont post anymore as its a historic disagreement that will always be so.
All in good jest!

As I said, not like it matters.
For the record, I had my arse handed to me by a GT2 a number of years ago - open in places, tight and off-camber in others.
The porker was humiliated out of every corner but came right back at the next until it started getting a little silly and I backed off.
'Fortunately', there were other riders with more skill and quicker bikes than the 2000 R1 I was riding and it didn't go so well for the GT2.
Miserable arse car driver didn't even give a wave when he was caught in traffic 3 minutes later and every bike (125's included) went sailing by...

We need Gary in the Ferrari sounds like you'd do a better job....Only jesting.Mr Busa not trying to fall out you, it seemed you got upset that I definitely don't share your views. I had so much fun in the South of France with such a variety of gorgeous supercars that I feel I can comment with some conviction.
I really think there should be a PH run out to the SOF next summer.
My good friend on here has sold his Lambo for a GTR and I know he'd be up for it.

Now I am not biased but would this really be the outcome if they were flat out!?
