I've just watched it on catchup. Did he hurt his shoulder?
My mum posted on my facebook that he was a big baby going on about his sore shoulder. Kinda sums him up hehe

I watched about half of it the other night before I feel asleep.

Rank rotten. He went to the bike show. shot a battery and that was it really.

he bored me to death with his st presenting style

was that when he hurt his shoulder motorcrossing?

when he fell off at walking speed?

I don't post a lot, but certain things need comment - this poor excuse of a 'motorbike' show and namely,Henry Cole move me to shaking rage with his embarrassingly ste presentation skills, his piss poor riding skills and his pompous holier than thou attitude. This prick should be gagged with a soiled butt plug .....not a fan!!

Loving all the vintage cafe racers, just my cup of tea. That custom Ducati was gorgeous. Can't understand the hate on here, maybe because he's into old bikes rather than modern sports tat?
A reasonable supposition, however, incorrect with reference to myself - I appreciate and admire all forms of motorcycling, vintage, classic, modern, and in all categories, trials, trail, adventure, touring ,custom ,sports ,all rounders, the whole gamut of the biking world - just can't stand your man - that's it.

Don't think there's any dislike of old bikes on here. There's certainly more of a sports bike sway on here now, but I guess that's just a reflection of sales of bikes and that most poeple who ride a sports bike can use a computer too hehe

I trundle about on far older bikes than that (mainly 1920s) and I've met, had a beer and got on with most of the long termers on here!

I don't mind Henry, but I did get annoyed at the fuss he made over his crash!

I want to like the motorbike bike show.

I keep trying, but can't get past the presenter. He's like a lobotomised Charlie Boorman.

I enjoyed the first one, especially the bike he's building for Bonneville. It was amusing watching the mechanic wearing all that safety gear topping out at 45mph.

Next episode is on ITV4 in 5 mins...
I watched the first one and I couldn't understand why they expected the bike to be capable of hitting 70-80mph in standard form when it was never capable of that when new, let alone at 70+ years old. That's like buying a bog standard 1950's Morris Minor and being disappointed that it won't hit 120mph.

I also don't understand why they felt the need to build a bike from scratch with a bespoke frame etc. when the original bike simply needed a bit more power. I guess that wouldn't have made such an involving project, but the way he was moaning about the costs you'd think there was no other choice.

Still it is an interesting project, and there aren't any other bike programs I know of so I'll keep watching it. I'd love to go to Bonneville one day as well.

I saw a bit of this a few months back, after a 10 minute segment on watching some bloke sand an old petrol tank down in his workshop, I'd had enough excitement for one night, and turned it off.

Utter ste.
