I saw the pic and was wondering/hoping the Steam Racket had introduced Fast Cat ferries

As long as it's not rough I don't mind to be honest.

Is it worth bringing anything to protect paintwork against the straps they use on the ferry or is the bike going to get scratched no matter what?!

Beer, Food & Fuel are UK prices.


Although if you get caught speeding or being a c-unit you have to PAY ££££s fine before you leave the island.

Were driving down from Inverness, but leaving the car in Liverpool. Were going as foot passengers as were staying with friends near Brae Hill. So only spend will be food, drink, some merchandise oh and drink.

I usually pick up "practical Sportsbike" or something on the ferry, might have to give "Island Racer" a thumb through instead.
