So far then, there are 39 riders from 22 teams. With 11 of those teams running Kawasaki bikes & 6 teams running BMW's. The promise of another announcement this week & does anybody know what's happened to the Batham BMW's(Team IWR)?

Did they do all of the rounds last year ? I don't seem to recall them in the later rounds ?

So just roads then?

This tt race series there trying to start up, is it possible to learn a road course over a race weekend?

With the law changing last year re street races, if say bristol,birmingham and glasgow deicded to shut the roads and create a course could it really work?

Mr Martin on Smith's triumph. I know it takes more than just being on proven machinery but with the bmw and the 675 to go at I'd say this was guys best shot for as long as I can remember

Been in training all winter , moved back to England and heading to Donnington tomorrow.

Even worse news is the phonecall Mr Aspar received today. Drivel - wait, sorry, Drive - have walked away as his team sponsor the day before the first round. Nightmare for the team, Hayden and Laverty.

I was half expecting some later comments to be on here saying "We should leave then to it to help British bike riders"

I agree, however he's put he considered retiring but decided last year was to crap a year to retire on.
