RIGHT, this is falling on deaf ears but final "I can't believe its almost winter" proposed dates are....I will have a trailer so just fuel for the re-mapped taxi beast needed. I'll happily sleep in the car, I've slept in much worse, baby wipe wash and a few co-codamol and im sorted...

Tue 30 Sep 2014 Donington Park £150
Wed 01 Oct 2014 Oulton Park £115

Fuel (its 99 RON Tesco st) £50-70 each

or

Mon 06 Oct 2014 Cadwell Park £79
Tue 07 Oct 2014 £79

fuel same again

or

james such a funny laugh whitham at croft
Monday 13 Oct 2014 Croft £180
Tue 14 Oct 2014 Donington Park Grand Prix £129.00
Wed 15 Oct 2014 Oulton Park £99.00

£100-120 fuel

ANY TAKERS!?

I am happy to do a 1 day trip should the other member feel that 2-4 days with me is far too much to bare.

one days include Croft, Oulton and maybe Donington as its my favourite never been to track in the world.

Sorry mate but you know my sob story by now. Looks like it's all to be booked through no limits, they offer no refund or credit if you cancel within 7 days. I can't take the risk with no wets. Next year etc... Hope you find somebody to share the cost.

I'm racing there 4th and 5th. Doubt you would want to stay in my trailer!

I'll be up for one of the oulton days or even the Jamie Whittam day at Croft

Your quite close to there aren't you?

There must be more Scots that want to do more than one fking track.

They're both about 60-70 miles away from me. Oulton is easiest to get to but croft is the better track. Plus Oulton is a bd for noise limits, new Triumph won't pass there. Going to repack the exhaust soon.

We all have preferences, but out of curiosity, why do you prefer Croft to Oulton?

I just prefer the layout. Only corner I don't like is the hairpin at Croft, and the back section through the esses and Barncroft are amongst my favourite corners on any track.

Also I think Oulton is more suited to 1000cc bikes. It's frustrating being there on a 600 only to be continuously out dragged on the straights making it difficult to pass people.

I just cannot be arsed with knockhill any more. If it was priced like cadwell at a £100 a day id go, but I refuse to pay £170-190 to ride the same circuit over, and over, and over.

Unfortunately as its the only track day circuit in Scotland they can pretty much name there price and it will still be sold out almost every time, If the Salmond said they would build another couple of tracks if we voted yes then i'd have the whole family bribed down voting tomorrow haha

The thing is, the days where they charge £170-190 are never fully booked. Your lucky if there is 25 people. 25 x £170 = £4250

when they charge it out at £100 its fully booked months in advance 90 x 100 = £9000.
