any interest in these dates?
First day back at work today!! Lots of physio but slowly getting there. Gammy limp almost away wink

I wont be on a bike, or have a bike until at least March/April.
Still trying to decide what to do if i'm honest.

Choice of the S1000r, or buy 2 bikes for the price of a new one. Road and a Track bike.

Tue 30 Sep 2014 Donington Park £150
Wed 01 Oct 2014 Oulton Park £115

Fuel (its 99 RON Tesco st) £50-70 each

or

Mon 06 Oct 2014 Cadwell Park £79
Tue 07 Oct 2014 £79

or

james such a funny laugh whitham at croft
Monday 13 Oct 2014 Croft £180
Tue 14 Oct 2014 Donington Park Grand Prix £129.00
Wed 15 Oct 2014 Oulton Park £99.00

ANY TAKERS!?

I am happy to do a 1 day trip should the other member feel that 2-4 days with me is far too much to bare.

one days include Croft, Oulton and maybe Donington as its my favourite never been to track in the world.

Cheers buddy.

Need to try and catch up.

I've no holidays left so not even able to pop down on any of those dates.

Well that was the best track day I've ever done. In fact that's probably the best day I've spent on 2 wheels since passing my DAS. Felt totally connected all day, didn't get tired, I was going just as hard on the last session as the first. Really starting to learn my way around Knockers. My 11 year old Italian was flawless. fking yes!

I'm keeping my eye open for any last minute spaces on the noisy days. I'm not buying wets anymore either, saving for a new bike / package instead

where were you planning on going if you go?

I just picked up the trailer tonight, (I forgot you have to go the wrong way when reversing and the trailer hit the car, no damage thankfully, tt).

Let me know if you want to go but id prefer not to book last minute as its a to arrange everything the night before.

Plus its the UK, it could rain anytime, BUY fkING WETS.

Anything 105db, and I'd be happy to book 2 days before with a good forecast, gives time to rent a van or whatever. I'm not buying anything else I don't need for this bike as I'm now planning on selling it, as soon as I have the funds together for the upgrade. I rode the slicks in the damp the other day by the way, as in spray coming off bikes in front, they were OK...

Cadwell on the 6th and 7th? If you book up with two days to go and its going to be dry the places will be all gone.

Leave on Sunday
B&B next to circuit £35 a night
or camp

£160 for two trackdays
£100 at most on fuel
I have the trailer as I said, I can get you on the way there.

How is it I start a Scottish track day thread for jocks and the only ones going aren't sweaty socks.

For a nation with such a racing pedicre it's a bit sparse on here.

The only other guy showing an interest is the Scot who doesn't ride in the rain and can't go without a 5 day forecast beforehand from Michael fish.
