Coming back from a days Tiger Fishing on Cahora Bassa in Mozambique.
Might not be a bikey pic but the bike got me there so it counts.
For reference, the lake is 300kms long, dams the Zambezi river for hydro power, has 6mtr Crocs everywhere which eat approximately 15 locals a month. The Tiger fishing is superb, and we went back out in this boat at 2am to inspect the Kapenta boats out fishing. It's another world!!
Great pic! Have you got any pics of the tiger fish?Might not be a bikey pic but the bike got me there so it counts.

Whereabouts where you staying Steve?
Place called Moringa Lodge. Owner is a Kapenta boat owner and has built up the Lodge as a side line. Absolutely superb spot, and Fred the owner is a megastar. He took us out at 2am in the speed boat to visit his Kapenta boats to see what happens. Speeding across the lake by starlight at 50mph was epic, and the sheer size of the place is incredible. bass gt3 said:

Our day on the river was a real eye opener, but I wouldn't want to swim in it

A few years since I've been, but stayed at Chiawa and Old Mondoro on the banks of Lower Zambezi. An amazing place with some fabulous moments to be had.

Yep, it's an amazing place. So you were in Zambia, not been there yet. If you ever fancy going back, Moringa is a top spot, with rooms charged by the night not the person. Mind you, Old Mondoro and Chiawa are not too shabby!! Our day on the river was a real eye opener, but I wouldn't want to swim in it
But as you say, not a place for swimmers. The crocs are taking the local fishermen out of the back of their dugout canoes now, and a couple of weeks ago, a group of guys tiger fishing had a big 4m+ croc try and jump in the boat. It got stuck between the outboard engines and detroyed the covers before getting free and falling back into the lake. The packed up, emptied their pants and went straight home!.
We saw 6 meter monsters down in the gorge and you're not to put your body parts outside the boat at any time as they watch and will ambush if they can.
Fred has had 4 dogs taken by crocs off the bank by his business and house, the things are scary smart.
Got to love the place though!!!!!!

About 2.5 kg, but a great fighting fish. Naturally, we lost some big ones though!! Fishing wasn't great as the season is coming to a close, but a great couple of days!!
Definately going back later in the year.
The Ronax 500... Coming soon!

Street legal NSR500 rep could be fun. Hopefully see what's under the cover soon.

Never owned summer gloves before, and I'm not a lover of those Alpinestars or Dainese type poseur gloves generally, so thought I would try these - even they are typical wk poncey ATGNI type of gloves those types wear!
I have had my Spada gloves for about 12 years and they are so comfortable, and I've had a few offs with them.
Anyhoo. Is anybody listening to me ramble away...?
