What size sprockets are you using?

Front and rear

Are you reusing sprocket bolts or several carriers
16-49. I have a spreadsheet for all UK circuits though if you want that. However, there has been a mod done to my gearbox to mean it is extremely difficult to find neutral, it's a pain in the arse everywhere but on the circuit. I'd be a bit wary running 1st-5th without it as could easily hit neutral.

I may be wrong, but, 10.25??
If you're referring to Ohlins fork springs then yes that's me
pm me the spread sheet please, I have never ever experimented with sprocket changes.

Sent it. Bear in mind this is gearing for people who were at the top of national stock 600, I always add a tooth onto the back sprocket to make it a bit more useable for me.

Right, I have no idea about gearing....Yes there I said it.

My understanding is front is 15 and rear is 47 with the 675.

looking at knockhill is says run a 16/49

as you say this is way out of my usage so add one at the rear.

do you get a 50 t rear sprocket? didn't think you did

so how do I go down a step?

also thanks a million for the torque sheet.

I've been meaning to hang something similar up in the garage as I continually get my Ninja and Daytona settings mixed up.

HOWEVER, and im not trying to be a dick biggrin

Front axel is only 65 nm not 70 nm
rear wheel is 110 nm not 90 nm

unless its different for the R

You can tweak it so the ratio is the same. For example, 49/17 = 2.88 46/16 = 2.875

I was always told to try and get it as close to 3 as possible. Obviously lower than 3 is higher top end which the top guys need.

Not sure if the torque values are correct they were just given to me with the bike from Team Haribo. They seem to work alright as it is. Will check the service manual I have and see if it is just different for the R (doubt it as it uses the same swing arm).

A pic from my onboard footage from yesterday, 2 bikes going into each other at the bottom of Mansfield. Genuinely no idea how the bike at the back went into him, the one at the front was way off line after locking his rear wheel.

ive updated it with using the triumph manual, however I'm pretty sure Haribo knew what they were doing. I've sent you a copy.

The R6 was there with for sale written on it. Didn't realise that was you at Parkitt. How come you weren't riding?

It's Alan's old bike, he's swapped to a ZX6R.

Also thanks smile A good few seconds to come off that though. Needs new rubber putting on it, rear profile had completely gone towards the end of the day, made it squirm about a bit in a few of the RH bends. Hoping/aiming for 1:40s when I'm racing there in 2 weeks.

Long story!

Essentially....

One bikes in the back of the van awaiting Dyno, the other is stripped down ready for some new parts!
