Depending on the cost of replacement casings - get it welded, take a file to it, then some wet and dry and a spot of Solvol and you'd probably never notice...

I did think about getting a one piece but I think I would look dafter than I normally do, one of my sons was looking at a set, I nearly p****d myself, he's got a moped!
