Yes, would have been easier if I didn't lose a tiny O-ring.
The bolts go through a spacer under the flange of the cap, then through the O-ring. I'm hoping that their only function is to hold the spacer on the bolt to make it easier to align them all with the threads.
I only lost one so wasn't too difficult to fit.

This was a work team building thing 11 years ago.
We had to follow the instructors at a frankly snails pace for 2 laps then off track to be told how to sit on a bike, cue me getting the right arse when he told me to sit on the bike, take my hands off the bars and lean forward and off the bike.
Not at all possible with One leg. I honestly had the right arse that day.
