Another one for DMC
I sent them the USD forks from the R1 had a quick turnaround with a really good price. I'm debating on either rebuilding the rear shock or upgrading to a R1 4C8 unit, if I decide on a rebuild it will be getting sent down to DMC.

And so the saga continues.

After promising to get it back to me Tuesday/ Wednesday last week, it took me calling twice on Thursday to find out the newer wheels wouldn't fit. Ok I thought, I guess Suzuki mechanics wouldn't know that until they had them side by side...

Proposed solution was to have them powder coated. A good and promising solution as well, new collection day last Saturday. Call late Saturday afternoon (at least they kept me informed this time) and it'd be Monday. Monday comes and goes with no word, then call this afternoon to say it's ready.

Obviously weather is crap and it was pretty heavy drizzle when I looked, but can already see one small nick in the front wheel. Spoke to one of their directors and he wanted to have it re-powder coated, to which my response was no way you had your chance.

He was keen to come to a solution, but understandably I'm hardly keen for them to do any more work. BB consensus, give them another chance and what's a compromise? Bearing in mind I hardly want them taking my wheels off again.

Just let him powder coat them to avoid a drawn out saga.

I have spoken to the bloke in charge myself and the service manager. They struck me as alright blokes and they are trying to offer you a solution.

Accidents do happen after all.

You're such a "glass half empty" bloke these days.

Lighten the fk up, you get a new bike soon.

Well after speaking to MD, went back in and both wheels were powder coated again. Took them a week, and they chose not to repair some damage this time (?). Alas, the finish is nice but I had to ask for some comp, wasn't offered.

Attitude severely lacking from service guys, needless to say I won't be rushing back to use them again. Shame as the clothing lot have been great.
