After two solid weekends of biking I buggered it up bigtime yesterday. I went out for a few beers on Saturday night and I have no idea what I drank or did but I was so ill yesterday and I didn't even get out of bed til 3pm (latest ever in my life), lay on the sofa and watched the MotoGp recording and was back in bed by 7.

What a waste!

My neighbour has just been round to give me a pair of six inch pink stilettos and a riding crop he found lying outside the front door yesterday.

I have no idea what is going on. Nor does the OH (they're her shoes. )
