I've just got a back tyre from them. Local garage fitted and balanced it for £15.

I saved £50 when compared to my local bike place. Winner.

Winner. Until the bike place goes out of business and there's nowhere to MOT your bike!

I've just done the same although I'll be fitting mine myself. Pair of tyres for £200 delivered.

I don't expect local shops to be cheaper than online retailers, that's not realistic given overheads etc

If they are close on price then I'll shop locally when I can, however when getting quotes for my tyres some places were quoting £300. That's almost robbery.

i did ask the local dealer if he could match on price and he said he couldn't even buy them in at that price!

I was beginning to get worried...the website is awful, there was no contact info, lack of customer support, the tracking number didn't work and feared that i had been conned out of £200!

But all was okay when the neighbour brought round a bundle of PP3's. :-)

The reviews for Tyreleader seem to be positive, as long as your order is correct. If something is amiss it sounds like its a complete and utter ballache to contact them and get a resolution. For that reason alone I'd rather pay a couple quid more to someone else.

I MOT my bike at a garage which doesn't really do very much motorbike stuff. The other local place is a rip off and I couldn't care less if he goes bust, he shouldn't charge such ridiculous prices.
