That wobble at the end, what happened there?

I am always baffled as to what goes through peoples minds when they video themselves breaking the law (107 at one point) and then post it for the world to see??

Not to say I never ride enthusiastically but why let Dibble track you down from the comfort of a computer screen?
Exactly, follow the videos and wouldn't be too hard for the police to name the riders. But, was it MPH or KPH?
Who cares about the speed? Enough breaking of the double whites for a ban and that's dead easy to prove from the video!

Having watched it again 120 flashes up so even in KPH that is still 75MPH.

Probably a bit of confidence building. I dont think anyone actually does it thinking its going to warm their tyres. It sounds like hes just borrowed the bike from the way hes speaking
In one of the comments he mentions "taxing" a go (northing lingo for pinching) when people are dealer demo bikes out. As for the ride, I'm a n00b, but aside from the being fully committed to an overtake past as right turn junction at 02:40, the "there" leg didn't seem too wild or bad, but didn't seem that smooth or in control either. The way back was a different story, not sure I'd have had the guts to push it so hard over those bumps on that shoddy tarmac, and he did seem to spend quite a long time across the double white on right handers towards the end of the video. With all those bikes parked up, I'm sure the police would not have been far away, and I doubt I'd have flagrantly taken the piss on the double whites like he did.

Some people are just too dumb to be allowed to use cameras.

Who cares. We all act like belms sometimes. Nobody died. He looked like he had laugh and 90% of us would do the same.

Nobody berates BN for his wheelie pictures?

My thoughts:

Why do people post videos like this RC8 one?
-self-incriminating
-potentially damaging to the cause of biking/driving. Brake! Must love this kind of justification for their cause, whether anybody crashes or not.

The riding, whilst some of it seemed a bit unnecessary, indiscrete, antisocial and leaving only small margins of safety at times, the rider is possibly fairly competent overall. A lot of riders can barely control a bike at normal speeds, let alone swerve or do an emergency stop.

. Is everybody commenting on the 'poor' riding a police class 1 with WSB racing skills? Is there no hypocrisy at all?

Like how there's a jump a few seconds in when the video is put onto 1.5, maybe 2x speed.....

Simple video effect boost the ego... I did the same with this video, in order to get the whole pass down to a reasonable length video...

Used to have an RC8... was a fun bike, but a ballache at anything less then speed limits... Knew I'd lose my licence if i kept it...

Very well said!

Need to ask.. Do you ever do any of the ride outs in the Manchester/Yorkshire region? If so I need to get on them and (try) follow you.

It's a huge biker cafe often with hundred of bikes outside. Police often hang around due to quick roads either way you go.
His other vids show some crazy driving around Bradford. I'm assuming he's young from the bike he owns and other bikes his friends own. (All with l plates and 125's/ restricted 600s.). The speeds not really impressive but some of the decisions are pretty crazy IMO.

I'm glad I didn't have access to these sorts of bikes when I was 17/18 when I thought I was invincible.
Youtube really must make the police jobs so much easier. It's like people want to get aught these days
