Martek Frame, slabby gsxr1100 motor highly playd with, custom turbo/inlet etc, track electronics loom & custom programmed ecu, and forks from his 2012 TT bike (with matching, custom built KTEC DDS rear shock)

Depending on boost, between 350-490bhp at the wheel. it sounds awesome, and it really does go well.

He was doing constant sub 40's on it round cadwell the other week whilst mapping it.

PS. practice again today, should start at around 12.30pm out time. live timing at

It looks much better now without the new style gsxr rear end. I still think it's a bike that looks awkward with a rider on but then it's not a bike that's built to sit on and look cool on the m62 I guess...
Hope he has a good ride on it.
Is he trying to beat the multistrada time set a couple years ago?

The rules for bikes appear a bit arbitrary.

A turbo bike engine makes sense as the relatively small engine in a bike would be gasping for air near the top. Electric is the way forward, if a little soul-less.

The unlimited car class is basically for cars that the scrutinisers look at and decide are ok.

Imagine how the Isle of Man TT would be if those same type of rules applied...................

Don't know how you could possibly Dislike Guy. He is such a character and that translates to a personality that suits Tv well.

rolleyes at the TT comments. I guess that makes Rutter 'better' with his electric bike wins.

Back on topic. That martek is awesome. Must be lots of fun/st scary delete as appropriate with 490bhp at the rear wheel.

Can you please learn to quote the comments you are referring to?

Who dislikes Guy?
What " rolleyes " comments about the TT?

If you are taking exception to My comment:

Was just me wondering what sort of bikes would be competing and winning as opposed to fully fared sportsbikes if the TT was run under the same rules as Pikes Peak.

Have a nice day, or did someone piss in your cornflakes?

When is a bike a 'sports bike' and when isn't it? Presumably if it's a turbo'd 90s GSXR1100.

Are 'sports cars' eligible for trophies?

From a quick glance earlier it appeared that only production engines, normally aspirated, are allowed. How do turbo'd, streetfighter'd old Skool sports bikes manage to take part at all? Scrutineers looking the other way?
