I've just acquired a 5 year old one with 4k miles.

Having owned a Vectix for about 8 years this was the only obvious choice for a replacement. The Vectrix has served me well for commuting, but the battery was shot and there's nobody in the UK any more that can replace one for you, and it's not a job I can take on myself.

So buying a bike that I could be sure of manufacturer support was a must have, along with enough range to get me to work and back - which the C Evo will do twice.

However, for the Should/Could requirements the C Evo is a bit of a letdown compared to the Vectrix. In order of importance:
1. The charger is external and not locked to the bike so anyone could unplug it and steal it.
2. The screen is about 1ft lower than the Vectrix and doesn't offer anywhere near the protection for your torso and lap.
3. Regen braking and reverse are not as intuitive to use.
4. Seems to turn in slower.
5. Less under seat storage.
6. Doesn't tell you what's going on when charging.

I think I have potential fixes for 1 & 2 - a Type 2 to Type 1 charge cable, plus a screen deflector. Plus 3 & 4 can be overcome by familiarity.

On the plus side, the performance is so much better than the Vectrix, and...heated grips! thumbup
